My close friends–Emily Achler and Jason Skicewicz, set out to build the readers’ platform they wished they’d always had: Italic Type. Italic Type is a feaure-rich readers’ book management platform that can be used to track reading progress, a queue of books one intends to read, and previous reads.

We spent a long week-end designing and building their platform prototype.
