The Chicago-based Joyce Foundation approached Studio 424 to tell the story of the Great Lakes Restoration Initiative in an online project showcase.

We commissioned chicago-based videographer–Ben Kolak, to capture aerial drone video, sprawling landscapes and human profiles.

We showcased the footage and the GLRI’s work in a website and print-based fact sheet organized by location/state. The website used rich imagery, stories, and statistics to tell the stories of human effort contributing to the restoration of each physical site.
