Gamalon Chat was backed by a (semi) self-service SaaS application that gave our users control over their chat bot’s conversational knowledge. It included a knowledge management area, integrations, settings, and more.

Gamalon Chat was backed by a real-time content management system designed around questions & answer pairs, within categories of business knowledge–often times taking the form of products and product features.
Integrations
We launched a small integrations area for customers to plug-in additional marketing platforms/services.
Account Settings
We developed a comprehensive settings area to give customers control over most of their account features.
